Every question you could possibly have about Daft Punk's iconic helmets is answered in a new short documentary called, appropriately, "Daft Punk - Behind the Helmets." It's the latest episode in Mixmag and Olmeca Tequila's Switch on the Night documentary series.
Fun facts: the guy who invented the Jumbotron was involved in the design of Guy-Manuel De Homem-Christo's helmet, and Daft Punk's aesthetic was heavily inspired by the film The Day the Earth Stood Still.
